I was 12 going on 13 the first time I saw a dead human body. I didn't mean to see it, and if it were possible that I could unsee it, I would. A 12 year old is not meant to see things like that so early in life. People who are as young as I was should be out, having fun, playing football or tag with their friends. The only thing was, I had a friend name Eddie Lester. You see, Eddie was not like most guys his age. Eddie was not interested in video games, or sports, or basically anything that one would expect a 12 year old boy to be interested in. The one thing that he was interested in was detective work. He could not get enough of that type of thing. He read books, watched true crime documentaries, and spend endless hours researching cases.
